Depending on your area and location, delivery times will vary between 7am-7pm on regular business days. If your package is being delivered to a residential address, you have an option to request no signature required when placing your order – this is done under your ‘Instructions’ at the Check Out phase of your order. The driver will, at his own discretion, leave the package at the front door. If signature is required, the package will be taken back to the depot where another delivery attempt will be made, or they may contact the customer for pick up at the local depot.
If the location for delivery is a commercial business and it is closed when the courier arrives, the package will be taken back to the depot and a new delivery schedule will be given.
