Most orders are processed within one to two business days. Once shipped, delivery within Canada typically takes two to eight business days depending on your location and the carrier. Shipping is calculated at checkout, and orders over $125 CAD ship free. Oversized items such as heavy bags and mats may carry a surcharge, which will be shown at checkout.

When your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link. You can use it to follow your package to your door. If you have not received tracking within a few business days of ordering, check your spam folder, then email us and we will look into it.

Glove weight is measured in ounces (oz). As a general guide: 10 oz and 12 oz suit bag work and lighter athletes, 14 oz is a versatile all-rounder for sparring, and 16 oz is the standard for most sparring and heavier athletes. Heavier gloves add padding and protection. When in doubt, size up for sparring and ask us for a recommendation.

Gi sizing uses a letter and number system (for example A1, A2, A3) based on your height and weight. Most brands publish a size chart, so check your height and weight against it before ordering. Keep in mind that gis can shrink slightly after the first few washes, so a snug-but-comfortable fit out of the bag is usually ideal. Reach out if you are between sizes.

We accept returns on unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery. Some hygiene-sensitive items (such as mouthguards and worn apparel) cannot be returned. See our Warranty and Returns page for full details and how to start a return.

Air out gloves and pads after every session to prevent odour and extend their life. Wash gis, rashguards, and apparel in cold water and hang to dry rather than using high heat, which can cause shrinkage and wear. Wipe down leather and synthetic surfaces with a damp cloth. Never store damp gear in a sealed bag.

We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and common digital wallets supported at checkout. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD), and your payment is processed securely.

At this time we ship within Canada. If you are outside Canada and interested in DRAKO gear, email us and we will let you know about current options.

We process orders quickly, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. Email info@drakosports.com with your order number. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update or cancel it.

We are sorry about that. Email us within a few days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our Warranty and Returns page for how we handle manufacturer defects.
